I don’t know if I want to sell…can I just talk to someone?

Absolutely! We wouldn’t want to pressure anyone into selling their mineral interest if they don’t want to. We’re happy to discuss your options and develop a deal structure that’s mutually beneficial for all parties involved. If the outcome isn’t a transaction, that’s fine too.

Where are you located?

We are based primarily out of Salt Lake City, Utah, but hold mineral interests in many different states.

Are your terms flexible?

We believe in developing long-term relationships. If you feel that certain deal terms are necessary in order to get the deal done, we’re more than willing to discuss. Everybody’s situation is different, and we will respect your individual needs.

How long will it take my deal to close?

Because we are staffed with a small team of experts, we pride ourselves in closing quickly. Obviously this depends on a number of factors, including but not limited to the size of the interest, complexity of title, and number of parties involved. That being said, we’d put our closing times up against anyone else in the industry. We’re faster.
